Annajack is a friend, not a company, but you don't have to be a company to donate marvelous fund-raising prizes. As far as I know, teddies aren't contributing to the palm problem, but when I saw Annajack's talents I just couldn't resist asking if she would like to make a competition prize. Annajack said yes, and this is the result:
This oranguteddy is one-of-a-kind; you can't find it in shops, and so far it is the only one made! Annajack won't be making lots more of these either, so it is extra special. It is made with vegan materials, which also means people with wool allergies should approve too. Speaking of vegan and orangutans, orangutans aren't exactly vegan, but a lot of their diet consists of fruits.
Just a note; it is a lovely oranguteddy but it isn't suitable for children under three years old - the eyes are on a safety backing, but if someone did manage to detatch them they would be a choking hazard.
To have a chance of winning this competition, you will have to give this little critter a name. Orangutans should not be kept as pets, but this oranguteddy will be happy to live with you if you give it a good name!
You can find Annajack mentioned on my "Thanks/Links" page.
